Our PRocess

Discovery

You can book a free virtual or in-store appointment with a member of our team to explore every option and angle to create your custom piece of jewellery. We will give you an estimated price. To proceed we require a minimum 25% deposit.

Design

Once your deposit has been paid, we will create the first digital design (CAD) of your jewellery and begin to bring it to life. You can work with our team to decide on any changes you wish to make to the design before it is finalised and sent to our workshop.

Development

Once you have given the green light and confirmed you are happy with your final design, its over to our skilled craftsmen and women to begin the intricate production of your new custom jewellery piece.

Design

We will be in contact with you as soon as your custom piece has been completed. You will be able to collect it from our store in Hatton Garden or have it delivered, using our fully insured and tracked service. You can pay the remaining balance at this point.

Every custom piece we produce has been specially envisioned and designed for each individual client, therefore we do not have a fixed price. Our prices for custom pieces vary depending on many factors such as size, material, and design. If you would like to recieve an estimate price, please fill in our custom piece enquiry form here with as much detail as possible, including any images, and an expert member of our sales team will be in contact with you.

At A Jewellers, we pride ourselves in creating truly unique bespoke jewellery and giving our customers an unforgettable experience. To have a custom item made, you must first have a consultation with a member on our team who will answer any questions you may have, helping you to learn more about what you would like. If you are happy to proceed, we require a 25% deposit of the estimated price of the item based on the requirements you have given. Once we receive your payment, we will begin to create the CAD design that will be sent to you for your approval, and you will be able to make any changes before we begin production. Once you are completely happy with the CAD design, we will begin the production process and turn your vision into a reality. To receive your item, you must pay the remainder of the total price via cash or BACS.
